Good Faith Estimate
I currently do not accept insurance, as a result you have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical care will cost.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the bill for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services, such as the cost of appointments.

The Good Faith Estimate should be provided to you in writing at least 1 business day prior to your medical service. You can also ask for a Good Faith Estimate before your schedule an appointment or service
